Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the light self-routing device which can control a speech path through which an optical signal is to advance in a state that it remains light. CONSTITUTION:A speech path 2 through which an optical signal consisting of a header light and a signal pulse advances branches into (n) pieces in a branching part 4. (n) pieces of speech paths 2 are connected to optical memory elements 61, 62,..., 6n whose light transmission state is varied by a difference of wavelength of an incident light, respectively. These optical memory elements 61, 62,..., 6n placed in parallel are optical memory elements in which light intensity which becomes necessary for changing a low light transmission state to a high transmission state in a light bistable characteristic depends on wavelength, respectively, and speech paths 81, 82,..., 8n are extended therefrom, respectively.
