Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To avoid the increase in the number or parts, the enlargement of a device, the rise in cost, etc., by preventing the abnormal heating of a transistor in a driving circuit thereby obviating the necessity of applying heat radiation measure to a control circuit, and to protect a motor from overcurrent since the current application to the motor is stopped. CONSTITUTION:At overcurrent detection, a flip flop circuit 7 is set and the output level gets on low level, and PWM pulses cease to be output through an AND circuit 8, and the current application to a motor by a driving circuit 9 stops. Then, when the rise of the PWM pulses is detected with a differential circuit 6, the flip flop circuit 7 is set, and the output signal gets on a high level. As a result, the PWM pulses are output through the AND circuit 8, and the current application to the motor 10 by the driving circuit 9 is resumed. |
