Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To separate and concentrate vapor of organic compounds from mixed gas containing vapor of organic compounds such as organic solvents with a high degree of safety and improved separation efficiency using a gas separation membrane. CONSTITUTION:A gas separation device is comprised of a cooling means 3 for cooling mixed gas 1 of gas and organic compound vapor, a gas separation membrane unit 4 permselective to vapor of organic compounds from said mixed gas, a cooling means 5 for cooling said unit, a suction pump 6 for imparting suction pressure to said unit, and a cooling means 7 for cooling concentrated gas 10 of organic compounds.
