Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To set a pulse width of a pulse signal to nearly several nsec and to easily adjust a pulse width of lots of comparators. CONSTITUTION:An output of a signal detection circuit is inputted to a clock terminal of a flip-flop 11, and a noninverting output of the flip-flop 11 is outputted as a reset signal of the signal detection circuit 1, a delay signal of the inverting output and a discrimination level are compared by a differential line receiver 13, its output resets the flip-flop circuit 11 and the discrimination level of the differential line receiver 13 is set externally.
