Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To remove an influence to battery performance of free acid in an electrolyte, in the case of an aqueous electrolyte battery and manufacture thereof using trifluoromethane lithium sulfonate as a main component of a solute. CONSTITUTION:In the case of mixing a nonaqueous electrolyte, containing trifluoromethane lithium sulfonate, in water by an equal amount, and in the case of a hydrogen ion concentration index, shown by this mixed solution, less than 5.0, the hydrogen ion concentration index is adjusted to 5.0 or more by adding an alkali processing agent.
