CONSTITUTION:A device is constituted of solid state relays(SSR)1 to 4 as an input means for a power pulse, stabilized power supply 6 for stably supplying the power pulse to drive coils L1 to L4 of a pulse motor 5 by turning on-off the solid state relays 1 to 4 and a sequence controller 7 for outputting a signal of on-off turning the solid state relays 1 to 11 by a predetermined program.
