Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form an incombustible solidified polymer material composed of siloxane bonds after execution at ordinary temperature by enabling at least cold curing type execution of a hydraulic alkali silicate-based cementing composition. CONSTITUTION:In a cementing composition containing a hydraulic alkali silicate- based liquid and an inorganic hardener and further, as necessary, a filler blended therewith, specific anhydrous boron phosphate is used as the aforementioned inorganic hardener.
