Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To smoothly rotate an anode target and improve the life reliability by increasing the cooling capability for the bearings of a rotary anode X-ray tube, and lowering the temperature of the bearings. CONSTITUTION:Many opening sections with a wide area are provided on an outer ring side sleeve 7 positioning ball bearings 6a, 6b in the axial direction, and the radiation heat radiated from a rotary shaft 5 is directly absorbed by a bearing box 9 to lower the temperature of the ball bearings 6a, 6b. The temperature of the ball bearings 6a, 6b can be lowered by about 40 deg.C than the temperature of the conventional one.
