Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a cutting machine capable of continuously forming kneaded formed products having different cut faces on these both ends from a long size kneaded formed product. CONSTITUTION:The objective cutting machine is provided with a roller conveyer 2 in which slits 23 and 24 are provided in a direction inclined in conveying direction and perpendicular direction, rotating cutter 42 capable of cutting crab meat-like kneaded formed product G1 while carrying at right angle, rotating cutter 52 capable of forming crab-like kneaded formed product G by slantingly cutting the above-mentioned crab-like kneaded formed product G1 and driving part 6 capable of coupling the above-mentioned rotating cutters 42 and 52 and then collectively driving both cutters in a state shifted in the phase of both rotating cutters.
