Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent coins from being undispensed by a coin standing phenomenon to be generated when housing coins in a coin housing CONSTITUTION:According to a dispensing operation command from the outside, a pin 10 is passed through a wiper 8 and a coin stopper 9 so as to link or separate them. For the coin dispensing operation according to a dispensing command, first of all, the pin is inserted through the both and the wiper 8 and the coin stopper 9 move forward and backward while being interlocked. Therefore, even when the coin standing phenomenon is generated, this can be canceled. Next, the pin 10 is released by a control member 11 so as to separate the wiper 8 and the coin stopper 9. Thus, only the wiper 8 executes the dispensing operation and can dispense coins 6.
