ROTARY COATING MACHINE FOR COATING INNER SURFACE

PURPOSE:To perform color change coating by applying coating to the inner surfaces of two kinds of pipe materials having different calibers by one coating machine. CONSTITUTION:A rotary pipe body 6 rotationally driven around its axial line is provided to the upper end part of the pipe-shaped coating machine main body 1 fixed to a base plate 2. A partition pipe 19 is inserted in the hollow part extending from the rotary pipe body 16 to the coating machine main body 1 so as to provide a gap around said pipe 19 and a first coating material supply passage 23 is formed inside the partition pipe 19 and a second coating material supply passage 24 is formed outside said pipe 19. The respective coating material supply pipes 23, 24 are connected to a coating material pump through separate opening and closing valves 28, 29 and first and second nozzles 32, 33 having mutually different rotary radii are provided to the first and second coating material supply passages 23, 24 so as to respectively communicate therewith.
