GUIDING DEVICE FOR SET BAR IN ASSEMBLING REINFORCING BAR CAGE BLOCK

PURPOSE:To insert smooth a set bar into a spacer of a reinforcing iron rod cage even in the case where there is divergence between axis of a spacer hole of a reinforcing iron rod and that of the set bar, by a method wherein an elevating device moving a bow tie type butterfly guide at a fixed height is provided and the set bar fitted to a set frame is led to the spacer of the reinforcing iron rod cage. CONSTITUTION:A guide device main body 71 is elevated along a support 70, a lateral member 85 is fitted to a space between the guide device main bodies each through a bracket 83, a large number of butterfly guides 86 are provided in front of the lateral member 85 horizontally at fixed intervals. Upon insertion of a set bar 11 between the butterfly guide 86, a cylinder is worked, butterfly guide 86 is laid and the set bar 11 is held between central parts. Then the cylinder 75 is shortened, the butterfly guide is pulled down and the tip of the set bar 11 is guided to a spacer 3 of a reinforcement iron rod cage (a). The tip of the set bar 11 is guided reliably to the spacer 3 by a guide device 36 in this manner.
