SURFACE ELECTRIC HEATER

PURPOSE:To eliminate use of binding agent to improve the workability and reduce the weight of a product by disposing a heat pressure sheet on a lining material, heating it to weld the heat pressure sheet to the lining maternal, disposing a heater unit and a surface cloth on it, and pressing them from up and down. CONSTITUTION:A heat-fusing sheet 2 is disposed on a lining material 3, and the heat-fusing sheet 2 is heated and fused by a sheet heating means 1. A heater unit 6 comprising a core material 61 comprising coarse nonwoven fabric and a heater 62 fixed to it, and a surface cloth 5 are disposed on it, and they are pressed by receiving tables 41, 42 of a press 4. By thus disposing the heat-fusing sheet 2 on the lining material 3 or surface cloth 5, heating and fusing the heat- fusing sheet, then disposing the surface cloth on it, and pressing the whole body, management to binding agent which is difficult is not required, the workability can be improved, and the weight of a product can be reduced.
