Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a method whereby the spring rigidity and damping property of a pure elastomer mount serving as an automotive engine mount can be varied in relation to predetermined operating parameters and to provide an elastic mount of this kind. CONSTITUTION: One 1, (2) of two spring bodies connected in parallel is always engaged with a support plate 6 while the other spring body 3 is temporarily brought into contact with the support plate 6 by an externally applied independent force in relation to predetermined operating parameters so that the spring bodies receive working load in parallel.
