EARTH LIFTING-UP DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce the possibility of wrong operations by the operator of the title device by picture-processing signals from a monitor camera and actuating an alarm device or bucket emergency stop device when the existence of a construction machine is confirmed in a working area from a picture-processed signal. CONSTITUTION:After a screen is adjusted to a working area by controlling the zoom lens of a monitor camera 9 by means of a controller 13, the position of a bucket 7 is measured and signals from the camera 9 are picture-processed by a pattern or color recognizing system. In the case it is discriminated that a construction machine M exists in the working area, an alarm device 16 is actuated when the bucket 7 reaches the ground surface in an excavating area. When the alarm generating state continues while the bucket 7 is lowered, a bucket emergency stop device 15 is actuated before the bucket 7 comes into contact with the machine M by taking a controlling distance into account. Therefore, the possibility of wrong operations by the operator can be reduced and, at the same time, earth lifting-up work can be carried out smoothly and quickly.
