DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING ENERGY AND DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTIC OF DRIVE DEVICE IN MOLDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To make it possible to control the energy characteristic and dynamic characteristic of a controllable fluid type drive assembly by arranging this drive assembly between drive elements of a secondary powder transmission device or between these drive elements and a machine frame. CONSTITUTION: When a press safety valve 16 is turned on, compressed air is supplied to the operating element 5 of a brake 4 and a position selector valve 19 is placed in a selected position c. As a result, the right side chamber 33 of an actuation cylinder 18 is connected to a pressure medium accumulator 30 supplied compressed air. A pressure converter 28 transports the oil pressure accumulated under high pressure via the selector valve 19 to the left side chamber 34 of the actuation cylinder 18 and accelerates the secondary powder transmission device consisting of a rotating mass 3, eccentric shafts or crank shafts 6a, 6b, connecting rods 7a, 7b and an upper die molder 8. When the molding process is executed in succession, the upper die holder extrudes the oil pressure by a cushion piston 24 from a cushion cylinder 25 via the position selector valve 19 to the actuation cylinder 18. The drive in the molding process is thus supported.
