A latch 312 is provided through a support shaft of a movable table 311, and a hair spring is mounted to the support shaft. When the fire extinguishing nozzle 35 is pulled, the latch 312 is pressed to move the projection 306, so that the fire extinguishing nozzle is taken out. A valve closing lock of an automatic relief valve is unlocked by a wire 50 connected to the table 311 to start the discharge of water.
