KITCHEN APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To facilitate work of handling a fish using water. CONSTITUTION:A substantially rectangular flat sink having a shallow portion 5 and a deep portion 6 extending from the rear portion of the shallow portion 5 to the side portion is arranged on the top surface of the work top 4. A drain device 7 is disposed in the rear of the shallow portion 5 and a movable plate 8 is provided above the drain device 7 and the shallow portion 5, and a garbage basket 9 is removably disposed on the drain unit 7. Accordingly, as this side portion in the sink is shallow, in the case of work of handling fish using water in the shallow portion, arms of a user can be kept from contacting the side wall of the sink, water is kept from dropping on the floor surface and cooking is facilitated.
