Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent evaporation of steam, condensation of dew, and falling of water drops, by forming a laminate made from a processed polyvinylalcohol film and a processed net obtained from a widened processed-film made likewise from the above processed polyvinyl alcohol film. CONSTITUTION:This material is a laminate composed of a processed film obtained from polyvinyl alcohol film by rolling, splitting, and heat-treating and a processed net obtained from the above processed film by widening thereof. The processed net material is obtained by widening the processed film to the crossing direction with the extended split direction. In this way, the processed film and net materials are bonded as a laminate. On laminating, these are superimposed so that the respective expanded directions are crossed with right angles. As a result, the directivity of mechanical strength of the laminate becomes more even. This cover material has fine cracks due to the splitting but has not fine holes and hence, it prevent effectively steam from evaporating. On the surface thereof, a rugged face is formed and water drops do not easily fall.
