Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To achieve a highly accurate connection between a burn-in board and a connector semi-permanently without causing a reference surface to be worn out due to own weight of the burn-in board even if insertion and extraction are repeated. CONSTITUTION:A burn-in board carrier 6 where a desired number of burn-in boards 4 are previously housed so that they are vertical to the ground is set into a burn-in chamber. At the time of burn-in test, a plurality of burn-in boards 4 are positioned in vertical directions automatically by a reference surface 2 which is provided at the lower portion of the burn-in chamber and a bearing- type positioning guide 1 and the connected to each corresponding connector accurately.
