CONSTITUTION: A magnet 104 is moved from a clutch-containing member 12 to a protracted position where the magnet 104 is separated farther than an retracted position by means of a flange 116. When the magnet 104 is at the contracting position, the magnetic attraction between the magnet 104 and an anvil 26 made of a ferromagnetic material is set so that the clutch-containing member 12 may be removed easily from a seat section 102.
