CONSTITUTION:The power of a screen 3 and a frame 4 is considerably reduced by the force of a torsion spring 7 and the damping force to turning of the screen 3 and the frame 4 is reduced to considerably reduce turning and the damping force. Thus, turning and the damping force for stop are reduced to improve the operability of the device because the power of the screen 3 and the frame 4 is reduced by the force of the torsion spring 7.
