Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To recycle the waste heat as energy sources by effecting heat exchange with the circulation water used for cooling high temperature cut particulate synthetic resin, and thus obtaining waste heat. CONSTITUTION:In a circulation water cooling device 12, a heat medium cools high temperature circulation water, and by the latent heat through cooling, it rises in its temperature and also rises in its pressure, and as a heat of vaporization, it turns from liquid to high-temperature and high-pressure gas. The heat medium turned into the high-temperature and high-pressure gas reaches an expander 22 via a first heat medium pipe conduit 20, and expands, and then comes to be low temperature gas through pressure descent, and still reaches a low-temperature and low-pressure medium cooling device 24 via a second medium pipe conduit 23. The heat medium is cooled by cooling water and then turns from low-temperature and low-pressure gas to liquid by being derived of vaparizing heat. Meanwhile, in the expander 22, the expanded energy of the heat medium acts to drive the expander 22 and accordingly turns into an mechanical energy, whereby a dynamo 25 is driven for performing power generation.
