Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a large amount of the tile compound useful as a medicine industrially in a short time and readily by reacting (protected) nucleoside with an alkyl phosphoric acid halide. CONSTITUTION:Nucleoside or a nucleoside containing protected OH groups at the 2'- and 3'-positions is reacted with an alkyl phosphoric acid halide (e.g. methyl phosphonate) preferably at 0 deg.C to room temperature generally for 2-48 hours to give the objective compound. Thymidine or 5-fluorouridine is used as the nucleoside. An aprotic organic solvent such as THF may be used as the reaction solvent.
