APPARATUS FOR MEASURING AMOUNT OF SOLUTE SOLID IN SOLUTION

PURPOSE: To measure the amount continuously, accurately, and quickly by feeding a detergent continuously by a bushing with a specific diameter to length ratio, obtaining a corresponding pressure according to the saturation pressure of the detergent, and electronically converting it, and performing temperature compensation, and digitally displaying it as a solid content %. CONSTITUTION: A detergent (developing agent) 1 is sucked from a washing treatment tank 2 by a gear pump 3. A non-dissolved solid content is captured by a filter 5. A flow cross-sectional area in a distribution conduit 6 becomes larger than that of a downstream coil bushing 7. Therefore, a quasi-static pressure is generated in the conduit 6, is digitized by an electronic pressure conversion device 8 after effecting temperature compensation, and is displayed on a display 9 as a solid content ratio (%) in the detergent 1. The bushing 7 has preferably, for example, a diameter of 1.55mm and a length of 200mm. This ratio achieves a self-washing capacity.
