Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To reduce erosion in a downstream side without affecting the characteristic of a moving blade by improving the removal of moisture from the honeycomb seal of the stream turbine moving blade and preventing the re- entrainment of moisture. CONSTITUTION: A honeycomb seal 20 cooperatively linked with the row of the moving blades 22 of a steam turbine having a cylinder 32 includes a receiving plate 34 fixed to the attaching part of the cylinder 32 having a moisture removable channel 44. From this receiving plate 34, a plurality of rows of honeycomb cells extend radially inward and are opened near the moving blade. In the receiving plate 34, at least one bore 40 is formed for each honeycomb cell in order to communicate moisture collected in the honeycomb cells with the moisture removable channel 44 of the attached part of the cylinder 32.
