Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To permit continuous thermal spraying and to improve the quality of a sprayed deposit on the surface of the body to be thermal-sprayed by melting it by the thermal spraying frame heat of a thermal spraying gun and thermal-spraying it on the surface of the body to be thermal-sprayed to prevent the clogging caused by deposition in a powder feed tube caused by thermal spraying frame heat generated by the method of continuously feeding powder into a thermal spraying gun. CONSTITUTION:A thermal spraying frame 3 radiated from the cathode 2 provided in a thermal spraying gun 1 is converted into plasma by an argon gas emitted from a plasma feed tube 4. This plasmatized thermal spraying frame 3 is fed with powder 7 by a feed gas from a powder feed tube 5, and this powder is melted by thermal spraying frame heat and is thermal-sprayed toward the body 8 to be thermal-sprayed. At this time, ultrasonic oscillation is conveyed to the thermal spraying gun 1 by an exciting rod 11 in contact with the tip of the thermal spraying gun 1 in the state where it is mechanically amplified, and excitation is performed. By this oscillation, the deposition of the powder in the powder feed tube 5 is prevented.
