DECENTRALIZED TYPE CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To implement time allocation satisfying required resolution, to attain high function and simplicity of the entire system and to attain high reliability by incorporating a clock device to the system even when the decentralized control system is formed. CONSTITUTION:A monitor controller 6 is incorporated with a clock device 9 being a reference for operation recording and provided with a means sending time information to all decentralized controllers 2-1-2-n and inputs an operation signal outputted from protection devices 3-1-3-n of relevant equipments 1-1-1-n controlled by the controller. When the state change of the installation is detected based on a relevant input signal, the time information received from the network 8 is added to state change information and the result is sent to the network 8 as time operation information 13 of the equipments 1-1-1-n by a means provided to the controllers 2-l-2--n. Then the controller 6 implements time series operation processing and an operation aid device 7 and a remote supervisory controller 5 implement operation aid processing by using the information 13.
