Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To connect a neutral point of a reception transformer to a signal grounding point SG without troublesome operation with respect to the transmission of a bipolar signal between opposite equipments. CONSTITUTION:A bipolar signal transmission device comprising a 1st equipment 1 having a transmission transformer T11 outputting a bipolar coding signal and a 2nd equipment 2 having a reception transformer T21 receiving the bipolar coding signal is provided with an allowable signal generating section 12 sensing an open state of a neutral point of the transmission transformer T11 and sending the sensing result and with a relay drive circuit 22 connecting a neutral point of the reception transformer T21 forcibly to a signal earth point.
