Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To surely remove a liquid fraction from an assembly of fine powder consisting of magnetic materials and incorporating the liquid fraction. CONSTITUTION:In the lower place of a conveyer belt 16 conveying the assembly, a magnet 17 attracting the prescribed assembly conveyed on the belt 16 onto the belt surface is provided and also on the prescribed belt 16 at the place where the prescribed assembly is attracted with the prescribed magnet 17, a liquid separating roller 18 is provided so as to press it with contact with the belt surface and each of fine powders is attracted in the belt direction and it is masticated surely between the liquid separating roller and the belt.
