Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To fix an upper cover speedily, securely and strongly requiring only a small quantity of binding agent for fixing, and eliminate need of a releasing agent. CONSTITUTION:A cord-like packing 5 is installed in the middle of an inner circumferential surface of a circular groove 3a of a lower frame 3 of a manhole 1 to be like a ring. An upper cover 2 is then set at the lower frame 3, and a quick-setting binding agent 9 for fixing is injected and filled in a gap 8 between an outer circumferential surface of the upper cover 2 and the inner circumferential surface of the lower frame 3.
