Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable unmanned machining of work piece by controlling a spindle head, an automatic tool exchanger, and a device which holds, turns, and automatically exchanges workpieces by a NC unit in a machining device which machines moving and stationary blades of gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:This electrode machining device for electric discharge machining is provided with a spindle head 6 which can move in three dimensional directions, a first magazine rack 13 which holds a plural number of tools T, and an automatic tool exchanger 15. Further, this machining device is provided with a workpiece hold device 24 which holds a workpiece W which is turned and machined by the spindle head in such a way that it can be mounted and dismounted freely, a second magazine rack 28 which holds a plural number of workpieces W, and automatic workpiece exchanger 33, and a device 42 which turns the workpiece hold device. The spindle head 6, first magazine rack 13, automatic tool exchanger 15, workpiece hold device 24, second magazine rack 28, and automatic workpiece exchanger 33 are fully automatically controlled by a NC unit 43.
