Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To change resistance value well in response to the specified deformation state by mixing and dispersing respectively specified elastomer particles, conductive particles, and hollow elastic micro spheres in a non-conductive elastomer. CONSTITUTION:Elastomer particles with 10-300mum particle size, conductive particles with 1-40mum particle size, and hollow elastic microspheres with 10-150mum particle size are mixed and dispered in a non-conductive elastomer. If necessary, an elastomer mainly containing silicone rubber or liquid silicone rubber with silicone varnish and silicone raw rubber or an silicone adhesive mainly consisting of them is used as the non-conductive elastomer. Consequently, the hardness becoming high due to the mixing of the conductive particles can be lowered and the maximum limit of expansion degree and rubber elasticity are increased, so that this deformable conductive elastomer is prevented from becoming fragile.
