Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the network service by informing an important fault to a management equipment with priority. CONSTITUTION:A notice wait time in response to the degree of a fault is obtained by referencing a fault degree discrimination table 15 and a wait time table 17 and fault information is informed from a terminal equipment 12-1 to a management equipment 11 after elapse of the wait time. Thus, the wait time as to the important fault is set short to inform the important fault to the management equipment 11 with priority even when a fault takes place simultaneously in plural terminal equipments and the reliability of the network service is improved.
