Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a structure of resin panel capable of being molded by vacuum molding, moreover, being excellent in its superficial finish. CONSTITUTION:Resin sheet used in vacuum molding is made such that thermoplastic resin sheets 11,16 are provided at least on one side of fiber reinforced resin sheets 13,14 of an ordinary temperature hardening type. Herein, vacuum molding can be effected because of the thermoplastic resin sheets 11,16, and since the thermoplastic resin sheets 11,16 are provided on one surface of the fiber reinforced resin, reinforcing fibers of the fiber reinforced resin never project out of the surface of the fiber reinforced resin by self-resiliency during vacuum molding.
