Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To abbreviate one of forming dies, to work a product complicated in shape using fine powder resistant to high temperature and high in fluidity as substitute for a die, and to work a material easy to crack in thick plate working and cold working and a material deteriorated quickly in bearing force in a hot working, etc. CONSTITUTION:This invention relates to a method and a device wherein a forming die 1 on one side of a material 5 to be worked and fine powder 2 high in fluidity on the other side are arranged holding the material 5 between them respectively face to face, a shroud 3 is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the fine powder 2 so that it is not scattered, they are heated in a heating furnace 4, the fine powder 2 and the material 5 to be worked are heated and the material 5 is deformed along the die 1.
