Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To solidify and dissolve mica glass and SiO2 and to have a tenacious insulated coil mechanically by treating the insulated coil with heat higher than 300 deg.C before loading it to an equipment. CONSTITUTION:A coil wound on an insulated wire 6 is impregnated into an impregnating material 7 diluting and suspending silicon organic compound, synthetic fluorine mica, titanium oxide and aluminium oxide with organic diluent and is solidified, and organic constituent of the silicon organic compound is volatilized and is mineralized n an atmosphere having temperature higher than 300 deg.C. Fluorine compound volatilized from mica glass forming the synthetic fluorine mica with temperature higher than 300 deg.C shows action to lower a melting point of SiO2 produced by thermal decomposition of silicon resin, and according to the constitution, the mica glass and the SiO2 are solidified and dissolved to have a tenacious insulated coil mechanically.
