Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To load a tire-slip preventing device to a tire without looking into the rear side of the tire and without requiring for an operator to reach out his hand to the rear side of the tire by providing first, second divided parts respectively consisting of inside and outside supporting chain rings provided with quick-connecting fittings on both ends, and designing any connecting method of these first and second parts. CONSTITUTION:When a tire-slip preventing device is loaded on a tire, an outside supporting chain ring 3 of a first part is located in this side when viewed from an operator, an inside supporting chain ring 2 is located in the opposite side from the operator, and the first part is spread out before the operator. Then a quick-connecting fitting 9 is drawn from the right side through the back side of a tire-ground contact part to the left side to be connected to a quick-connecting fitting 8 of a second part. Next, a quick-connecting fitting 4 is lifted to the right side, a quick-connecting fitting 5 is lifted to the left side, and the right hand and left hand located about under the top-tread of the tire are drawn toward the rear side of the operator in order for the quick-connecting fittings 4, 5 to be connected. In these operations, a quick-connecting fitting 6 is situated on the front side of the tire, and thus the fitting is grasped by the right hand of the operator to be connected to a quick-connecting fitting 7. After that, the connection of the quick-connecting fittings 4, 5 is dropped to the rear side of the tire to complete loading.
