MOVEMENT AND ASSEMBLY DEVICE OF FORM FOR SHIELD CONSTRUCTION

PURPOSE:To enhance the working efficiency by providing a guide rail to the peripheral surface of a hollow shaft, providing a cylinder body capable of moving along the guide rail, providing a rotary drum capable of turning and rotating in the circumferential direction against the cylinder body and providing a jack for carrying a form to the rotary drum. CONSTITUTION:A movement and assembly device 1 is moved to a position of the outermost form 16 along a guide rail 7. After that, the form 16 of the upper part 3 is stripped by a detachable jack 17 and a grip jack 19 provided to the rotary drum 1b, and the form 16 is contracted to the inside by a rotating jack. Then, the rotary drum 1b is turned in the circumferential direction against a cylinder body 1a, and the form of the lower part 2 is stripped as well and is reduced to the inside. According to the constitution, one element portion of the form 16 divided into five is maintained by the movement and assembly device 1 at a time. The assembly device 1 is moved to a farther frontward position of the farthest frontward form 16, and one element portion of the form 16 is assembled.
