Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To form a fine and adequately thick pattern accurately, clearly, efficiently and inexpensively by a method wherein, after an ink filled in the incised design parts of an intaglio has been hardened, another ink is refilled therein and the image carried therein is transferred on the material to be printed by the adhesive strength of the second ink. CONSTITUTION:After the ink 3 filled in the incised design parts 2 of an intaglio 1 has been hardened, an ink 6 is refilled therein and the image carried therein is transferred on a base plate. Therefore, the hardened ink 3 in the incised design parts 2 is adhesively impressed with its figure retained as such on the base plate by the adhesive strength of the unhardened ink 6. Moreover, even if the first ink 3 is shrunk and reduced in volume during its hardening process, the reduced volume is made up for by the second ink 6 and, therefore, the inks 3 and 6 are firmly attached to the base plate to make a smooth image transfer possible. Accordingly, a fine regist pattern consisting of such inks 3 and 6 is formed matching exactly with the design on the plate. Since the ink 3 received in the incised design parts 2 of the intaglio is not squashed upon image transfer, the pattern having an adequate thickness can be formed.
