Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance the dimensional accuracy for each part of the coil element of a flat motor. CONSTITUTION:Two side portions 92 are separated into two parts, the inner side portion 92A and outer side portion 92B in the longitudinal direction, and the wall thickness of one of them is made almost equal to the wall thickness of a coil line entry portion 91 or an upper side portion 93, and wall thickness of the other is made equal to the wall thickness of the upper side portion 93 or coil line entry portion 91. Moreover, two side forming portions of the winding surface is divided into two of an inner side part forming portion and an outer side part forming portion in the longitudinal direction; the wall thickness of one of them is almost the same as that of the coil line entry part forming portion or upper side part forming portion; and the thickness of the other is equal to that of the upper side part forming portion or the coil line entry part forming portion.
