Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To lower the surface electric resistance of a coated film and to increase surface hardness by coating the photoirradiated surface of the optical disk with the coating film consisting of a specific curable resin compsn. CONSTITUTION:The coating film consisting of the curable compsn. which contains 3 to 40wt.% mono(meth)acrylate (A) of the (poly)ethylene oxide or (poly)propylene oxide expressed by formula I and an anionic surfactant (B) of 0.01 to 200wt.% of the component A and in which the total content of the components A, B is
