Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a high-reliable impact dot head where the projection of the tips of wires beyond a tip guide 6 can be made very small to prevent the wires from being broken when paper feed is in a trouble, by a method wherein a front face 21 of nose 1 and the tip guide 6 are adhered to fix them together so that they are leveled on the same plane. CONSTITUTION:The depth of a recessed part 19 of a nose 1 is designed deeper than the thickness of a tip guide 6, and adhesive 24 is filled in a clearance between the bottom 20 of the recessed part 19 and the tip guide 6 to adhere them. The special feature is that scatters in dimensions of components are absorbed by the coating film thickness of the adhesive 24, and the front face of the nose 1 and the tip guide 6 are pressed on to a plane jig when the adhesive 24 is set, so that the front face of the nose 1 and the tip guide 6 are always leveled on the same plane.
