Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the title particle without using any hardly extractable poor solvent by suspending a soln. of a hydrophobic polyamino acid in an org. solvent in an aq. medium contg. a dispersant and removing the dispersant after the org. solvent is removed by evaporation. CONSTITUTION:A soln. of 0.1-10wt.% hydrophobic polyamino acid in an org. solvent is mixed with an aq. medium contg. 0.2-5wt.% dispersant in a vol. ratio of 1:1 to 1:10 to obtain a suspension by dispersing and suspending the mixture. This suspension is heated below the b.p. of the org. solvent to evaporate off the org. solvent and to obtain a spherical deposit of the hydrophobic polyamino acid. The dispersant is removed by washing this deposit.
