Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To rapidly and continuously form a Zn-based electroplating film excellent in adhesion by degreasing an aluminum strip with alkali, pickling the strip and then electroplating the strip in an acidic zinc-based plating bath contg. Ni or Fe ion. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum strip is degreased with alkali, pickled and then electroplated in an acidic zinc-based plating bath contg. >=10g/l of Ni and/or Fe. Alternatively, the plating amt. is controlled to 1-10mg/m in this case, and then the strip is coated with an upper zinc-based plating in another zinc- based plating bath. Consequently, a zinc-based electroplating film excellent in adhesion is formed on the strip at high current density and at a high rate.
