CONSTITUTION:In a plate type heat exchanger which supplies alternately a heated fluid A and a heating fluid B supplied to a plate type heat transfer element 2 formed in multilayer shape and heat-exchanges, a heat transfer side of a passage 2a for heated fluid which the heated fluid A is formed in a porous surface 2c in a core boiling area on the upstream side and a flat surface in a different forced convection area.
