CONSTITUTION: A casing hole 14 intersects a connection hole 15 leading to a buffer chamber 12 so as to be at least almost perpendicular to the connection hole 15 and a throttle body 18 formed as a sleeve bridges a range of a hole intersecting part. In this case, a throttle hole 22 going through a wall part 23 of the throttle body 18 is located within cross section of the connection hole 15.
