Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a control device for an automobile which does not generate a problem even when various kinds of control devices simultaneously act on an actuator adjusting an output. CONSTITUTION: Various kinds of control devices are coupled with each other and an actuator 20 adjusting an output is controlled. A signal (QKA) adjusting the output can be obtained from a traction control device 70, a signal (QKG) adjusting the output can be obtained from a transmission control device 60 and a signal (QKF) adjusting the output can be obtained by a request of a driver changing a location of the actuator 20 adjusting the output. The signal (QKG) adjusting the output from the transmission control device is used in preference to a signal adjusting other outputs at prescribed time.
