WASHING METHOD AND WASHING MACHINE USING OZONIC WATER

PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of detergent to be used for washing. CONSTITUTION:A washer using ozonic water consists of a washing machine main body 10 given a conventional washing mechanism and an ozonic water generator 12. The ozonic water generator 12 is composed of an air passage 32, a generator 34 which generates ozone gas from air by electric discharge, an ozone gas passage 28, and a gas and liq. mixer 30 which mixes water with ozone through the working of an orifice. When the mixer 30 is supplied water from a water feeding passage 24, the inside of the mixer 30 becomes negative pressure through the working of the orifice, so that the generator 34 is actuated by a negative pressure switch 46 to generate ozone gas. The ozone gas is sucked into the mixer 30 which is in a state of negative pressure, and is made contact with water to be mixed. Ozonic water generated by mixing is supplied into a water receiving drum 14. Washing with ozonic water and detergent accomplishes a desired objective.
