Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable the inspection of a controller in controllability against disturbance to the magnetic excitation of an electric generator by testing of voltage step response of an electric generator multivariable controller. CONSTITUTION:By using a voltage step signal impressing means S for testing, a voltage step signal C is impressed to an electric generator multivariable controller R. In synchronizing to this, a disturbance step signal B for testing which is a mutiplication of the voltage step signal C for the gain with the use of a disturbance step signal impressing means GG for testing, is impressed to a control signal impressing means I, and the disturbance signal is avoided a short time later.
